Golden Ale

Honey Wheat

Light wheat ale brewed with 2 Row Barley, Wheat and real Fireweed Honey. Its golden complexion and
semi-sweet taste will keep you coming back for more. Just think of this beer as a Hefewiezens cooler cousin.

Copper Ale

Alcohol Volume: 6.2%

Unique, medium bodied amber ale brewed with 2 Row Barley and three different Crystal Malts. Its copper
complexion catches your eye while its smooth finish pleases your pallet.

Blackberry Ale

Alcohol Volume: 7.2%

A year round treat, has a dark ruby looking complexion with layers of rich malt, subtle hints of blackberry and smooth finish brewed with 2 Row Barley, Chocolate and Crystal Malts. This unique ale has won several awards at multiple Brew Festivals, a great beer to share with your friends.

Scotch Ale

Alcohol Volume: 7.2%

Well-balanced, full flavored traditional Scotch Ale or “Wee Heavy” brewed with 2 Row Barley, Black Barley, Chocolate and Crystal Malts. We keep it traditional by allowing the brew to boil for a longer period of time in the kettle creating a caramelization of the wort, producing a much more pronounced caramel and roasted malt flavor.

Hoppy Red Head

ESB style (Extra Special Bitter), very balanced with a malty body and clean aromatic hop finish brewed with 2
Row Barley, Munich and two types of Crystal Malts. We use Columbus and Cascade hops for flavor and
dry hopped using Cascade hops creating its fresh hoppy nose.

Big Imperial IPA with a robust, malty, and hop profile that is perfectly balanced with the high alcohol content brewed with double the amount of 2 Row Barley Victory, Munich and Crystal Malts. We use the best hops available to create this IPA on steroids. Remember two pints is all you get!

Non-Alcoholic

True old fashioned Root Beer made with 22 different ingredients including real vanilla and pure cane sugar. It pairs perfectly with vanilla bean ice cream to make a one of a kind float.

Spring Seasonal

German Spring Lager aged to perfection brewed with 2 Row Barley, Crystal, Victory and Munich Malts. Has an amber complexion with caramel and roasted characteristics and a fairly dry finish. This higher gravity lager is named after the month of March when most brewers made this beer.

Raspberry Sour

Belgian style sour, made with real raspberries. Ruby red complexion with sweet, tart and sour notes with a refreshing and thirst quenching finish brewed with 2 Row Barley and Crystal Malts. Well suited for relaxing on a warm day or a post dinner treat.

Light seasonal brewed with orange peel, 2 Row Barley and conditioned with vanilla beans. Its layered ingredients create an interesting flavor profile and distinct nose. Our fastest selling seasonal we have ever brewed.

Fall Seasonal

Our very popular full-bodied, rich, toasty German Fall Lager brewed with 2 Row Barley, Munich, Victory and Crystal Malts. Has a dark copper complexion, mild hop profile and smooth finish. Originating in Germany but has made its mark on beer drinkers all over the northwest.

Porter

Alcohol Volume: 6.6%

Fall Seasonal

Dark brown complexion and silky smooth body brewed with 2 Row and Black Barley, Maltodextrine, Lactose(milk sugar), Crystal and Chocolate Malts. Wonderfully-balanced flavors of chocolate, caramel and coffee. Complex yet not too heavy, as you enjoy this beer its flavors evolve as it warms up a bit.
